1. Free On-Site Consultation

Ontario's microFIT Program is exciting... but complex. We'll send an expert to discuss the program with you in plain language. You'll have many questions. We'll have many answers.

2. Site Survey

Our engineers will analyze your roof and study historical sunlight patterns for your exact location. This survey will determine whether your property qualifies for the program.

Using climate data for the past 20 years, we will estimate how much sunshine your new solar panels will absorb. We will conduct a RETScreen analysis to determine the earnings potential on your solar panels as well as anticipate the positive impact your project will have on the environment.

3. Personalized Earnings Plan (PEP)

We will recommend a solar panel system for your roof and outline your likely earnings over the next 20 years based on the data we gather for the site survey.

We will produce a spreadsheet showing your likely energy production, month by month.

You'll see that, depending on the size of the installation, your monthly earnings will be similar to your monthly payments for the panels. And once they're paid for, sunny in the sky puts money in your pocket.

We will help you arrange for financing if you need it. A 5% "green financing rate" is available.

You will need to set up a GST number as you will be selling power to the OPA. There are some tax advantages you can enjoy. We'll help you sort through it all.

4. Installation

We'll handle all of the paperwork. We'll help you arrange for financing. We'll install dynamic, attractive solar panels on your roof. The process is fast and easy.
